Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are excited to ship our carefully selected houseplants to your door! We understand how important it is to receive your plants in good condition, which is why we take every precaution to ensure they arrive safely. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase via standard shipping. Shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors such as weather conditions.

To ensure that your plants arrive healthy and happy, we package them with care using environmentally-friendly materials. This includes using recycled paper and biodegradable packing peanuts to cushion and protect the plants during transit. We also include care instructions to help you get started with your new plant.

 

Damaged Plants on Delivery:

If your plant arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund. We understand that plants can be delicate, and sometimes accidents happen during transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your plant, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the plant must be in the same condition as it was when it arrived. Please contact us to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the plant, we will issue a refund for the cost of the plant (excluding shipping).

Please note that due to the living nature of plants, we cannot accept returns for plants that have been damaged or neglected after delivery. We recommend following our care instructions and reaching out to us with any questions or concerns.
